I get an error during the activation. What should I do?

If an error occurs during the activation process, you can process with the manual activation.

You will get the following popup

 

Check the following and retry:
• Firewall blocking outbound port
• If you have Read/write/modify access on the ReadirisPro folder (C:\ProgramData\ReadirisX) and lservrc file within

If the problem remains, please proceed with the manual operation

Click on Manual Operation.  Then save the information as text file andsubmit the txt file withi a support ticket.
