IRIScan Pro 5 - My scanner is not recognized by my computer

If your IRIScan Pro 5 is not recognized by your computer, it can be due to multiple reasons:

Make sure that you plugged the USB cable in the scanner and in your computer
Make sure that you plugged the small end of the power adapter into the power jack of your scanner. Insert the other end into an appropriate power outlet.
Make sure that the correct software is installed
