Enable Camera

Windows

After the install check this settings in Windows. You may also need to check your antivirus to see if it is blocking the camera.

Enable scanning.

• Go to Start ► Settings ► Privacy ► Camera
• Make sure the "Let apps use my camera hardware" is turned on.
• Scroll down to "Allow desktop apps to access your camera" and set that to on.

Macintosh

After the install you will need to set the IRIScan Desk Pro permissions in  System Settings ► Privacy and security  for these items.

• Camera 
• Full Disk Access

Once the Camera is set click the < button to the left of Camera at the top to return to Security & Privacy. The full Disk Access can then be accessed on the right.

It may be necessary to manually add the IRIScan Desk Pro Duo to Full Disk Access by clicking the + button at the bottom and adding it.
