IRISPen 7 - I can't find my activation code

The activation code is printed on a sticker pasted with the mention "Serial Number". It has the following format: XXXXXX-12018-XXXXXXX

You can find the sticker in two locations:

In the Getting Started booklet in the product box. It's on top of the first pages.
On an A6 paper sheet in the box. Find an exemple hereunder:
