Error 203 typically occurs when the installer identifies your scanner but cannot complete the download. This is usually due to a connection interruption or a firewall blocking the process. 🌐

If the All-in-One installer fails, please download and install the components individually using the links below.

🖥️ 1. Scanner Driver (ZIP File)

Required for your computer to communicate with the scanner.

💡 After downloading, right-click the folder to "Extract All" and run the setup.exe found inside.

This essential tool allows you to configure the scanning button on your device.

💡 Extract the ZIP folder contents first, then launch the setup.exe to start the installation.

  • Note: This is a direct .msi installer (no extraction needed). It activates automatically when your scanner is connected via USB.

🚀 Best Practices for Installation

  1. Unplug your scanner from the USB port. 🔌

  2. Extract & Run: For ZIP files, you must extract the folder before running setup.exe. 📦

  3. Run as Administrator: Right-click the installer files and select "Run as Administrator". 🛡️

  4. Restart your computer once all installations are finished. 🔄

  5. Connect your scanner and launch Readiris PDF.
