IRIScan Visualizer Mac - Reinstall software

The IRIScan Visualizer is USB only. If it is switched to a Wifi connection it will no longer work and would have to be removed and reinstalled.

Automatically

Download and run AppCleaner from this link. It does not install to the system. Just run it from your downloads folder.

Quit the Readiris Visual software if running.
Open AppCleaner if not already running
Go to the Applications folder and drag the Readiris Visual into the AppCleaner screen
Check the boxes for all the items and then click the remove button.

Manually

Drag the Readiris Visual to the trash.
In Finder navigate to Hard Drive ⯈ Users ⯈ Your User Name ⯈ Library ⯈ Containers ⯈ Readiris Visual.
Drag the Readiris Visual folder to the trash and empty the trash.

Reinstall the software from this link
