Download delivery is available for Readiris/Cardiris, downloading details are given on the ordering confirmation screen and in the order confirmation email.
No CD is sent if you select this option but you can download the software at any time in the future, the product manual and other documentation are available for download in the support section.

USA & Canada: The products ship from our US office.

Orders are always shipped the following day, not counting weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number once it is done.  Note that due to monthly accounting verifications, there may be a delay of a couple of days bewteen order time and shipping time at the end of the month.

Custom duties taxes may apply for Canada (These taxes are the customer responsibility, see Taxes and Duties)

Europe: The products ship from our Belgian office.

You should receive a tracking number and invoice by email from IRIS up to 48 hours after placing your order, not counting week-ends and holidays. Orders placed after 8 am automatically ship the following working day.

All other countries: The products ship from our Belgian office.

You should receive a tracking number (DHL ONLY) and invoice by email from IRIS up to 48 hours after placing your order, not counting week-ends and holidays. Orders placed after 8 am CET automatically ship the following working day.

Shipments sent by post shipping cannot be tracked.
