I bought a Physical product from IRIS, how do I return or exchange it?

- In order to return or exchange a physical product, you need to receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #).

An RMA # is mandatory to get an exchange or a refund. The RMA number allows IRIS to register and process your request as quickly as possible.

You need to be within 30 days of purchase to be granted an RMA or within 2 years of purchase (1 year for US/Canada) for an exchange of a defective product.
